To change the email address or password of your account, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the button “Profile” on the main page of the Jobs miller website.
  2.  Go to the “Settings” section:

  2. Click “Change Password” to edit your password:

I can’t log in to my account

There is no user with this email address

When you see such a message, please make sure that you:

  1. Enter the correct email address of your account.
  2. Don’t add unnecessary spaces before and after the email address.
  3. Don’t have CapsLock on.
  4. Don’t try to log in as an Employer.
  5. Log in to your account on the website of the country you have created the account for.

  • Corporate mail is not specified. Typically, the company’s email addresses share a domain with the company’s website.
  • There is no information about the company
  • Conditions are far too appealing.  We advise you to pay attention to vacancies where conditions are not described clearly.
  • Payment is requested.  Please note that bona fide employers do not require payment for courses, starter kits, the purchase of literature, or anything else.
  • New website domain. Scammers often use ” one-time” websites. You can check a suspicious employer on the Internet.

How to cancel a job subscription

Subscribing is crucial for an effective job search to ensure you don’t miss any important or interesting job openings. One of the notifications could include the job you’ve been seeking for so long.

To cancel a subscription, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the button “Unsubscribe” at the bottom part of the received email:
  2. Disable job alerts that are no longer relevant to you.
    The “Subscriptions” section allows you to manage your job alerts by choosing which ones to unsubscribe from, configure, or end all subscriptions.

I don’t receive newsletters

Jobsmiller sends job alerts to your email. You can set the mailing frequency in your account. You can find configuration tips in this article.

To make sure that your account settings are correct, please, check the following items in your account:

  • your e-mail address is specified in the account;
  • your email address is confirmed;
  • you currently have active subscriptions for new job openings;
  • the default email-sending frequency is specified, and emails can be sent accordingly from now on.

How to Register as an Employer on Jobsmiller.us

If you’re an employer looking to connect with professional job seekers and post job openings on our platform, follow the steps below to create your employer account on jobsmiller.us

  1. Visit the jobsmiller.us website and navigate to the main page. Locate and click the “Employer” button on the main page. 
  2. Click the “Post a job” buttonThis will direct you to the sign-up form.

I can’t log in to my Employer account.

If you can’t log in to your Employer account, please make sure that you:

  1. Enter the correct email address of your Employer account.
  2. Don’t add unnecessary spaces before and after the email address.
  3. Don’t have CapsLock on.
  4. Don’t try to log in as a Jobseeker.

Password recovery

If you’ve entered your password correctly, but you’re still getting the “Invalid password” error, please reset your password.

Please make sure you double-checked all the steps above before having your password reset. The common reason for invalid passwords is the “CapsLock” key enabled or spaces before/after the password.

How to post a job

  • Log in to your Employer account

 If you don’t have an account yet, you will need to sign up as an Employer. Follow the above steps on how to create an account.

  • Click the “Post a job” button.

 Once you’re inside your Employer account, locate and click on the “Post a job” button..

You can also create your first vacancy during registration. In this case, you start describing your vacancy at this stage.
